The Healing Project of MN is a trauma-informed mental health agency serving children, teens, adults, and families through individual therapy, psychoeducation, and community-based programming. Our clinical team provides telehealth services to children 9+, teens, adults, and families in MN. Our services are designed to support individuals and families facing racial trauma, gender inequities, immigration-related stress, and other forms of systemic oppression. We believe in the power of healing rooted in social justice and cultural humility, and we are committed to empowering clients to thrive in a world that often marginalizes them.
Our agency offers Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced trauma. TF-CBT is an evidence-based, short-term therapy model (typically 12–20 sessions) that helps children, adolescents, and young adults process traumatic experiences, build healthy coping skills, and reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. This structured approach also supports caregivers, strengthening parent-child communication and enhancing family healing in a safe and supportive environment.
