Minnesota Hospital Association

Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA) was established in 1917 to provide Minnesota’s hospitals and health systems with resources, best practices, and guidance so they can deliver high-quality, affordable care to the residents of Minnesota. Our mission is to advance the health of individuals and communities through leadership, advocacy and collaboration on behalf of Minnesota hospitals and health systems. Today, we represent 130 out of 140 hospitals in Minnesota, which collectively employ more than 127,000 people. Our services for our members include:

Quality and safety guidance, Educational opportunities on a variety of topics. Collection and analysis of data, including data on adverse health events, mental health bed availability through the Minnesota Mental Health Access Website (https://www.mnmhaccess.com/) administrative claims, workforce trends, advocacy and policy development.
