M Health Fairview

M Health Fairview provides care to our metro and outlying communities at 11 hospitals, and many other clinics. Care includes medical, mental health crisis, EMPATH, and inpatient behavioral health care. Emergency rooms included are University of Minnesota West Bank Medical Center, University of Minnesota Masonic, University of Minnesota East Bank Medical Center, The Ridges, Southdale Medical Center, Grand Itasca Hospital and Clinics, Range Hospital, Lakes Hospital, Northland Medical Center, Woodwinds, and St. John’s Hospital.

M Health Fairview additionally offers Children and Adolescent Day Therapy Programs are those children between the ages of 6 -18 years. Those that are 18 years old must still be enrolled in high school. Adolescent Dual IOP as well as Dual Residential is also available for youth 12-19 who are not so impaired as to be unable to function in the community in spite of existing mental health and substance use problems. They must also display evidence of motivation and initiative that indicates acceptance of the need for treatment.
