Enriching Home Care Services is a licensed provider in Minnesota offering crisis respite, in home supports, and 10 additional services for youth and adults across all counties. We are licensed for thirteen services and have extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, and crisis level concerns.
We partner closely with case managers, social workers, residential programs, hospitals, crisis teams, guardians, and families to provide safe, intentional, and structured care. Our crisis respite program operates in partnered hotel settings across multiple counties with trained staff on site to ensure consistency and safety. We also offer in home respite support and are working toward launching an out of home respite site pending DHS updates.
Our crisis stabilization support is integrated into every placement. A behavior analyst helps create individualized safety plans and strategies, and our team works hands on to stabilize individuals, reduce crisis behaviors, and support smooth transitions back home or into long term placements such as CRS programs when beds become available.
We have immediate availability and specialize in responsive communication, collaborative care planning, and high quality support for individuals with higher needs.
