Patient presents to ER with mom for concern for suicidal ideation, fights at school, along with problematic sexual behaviors towards females. Mom is fearful of the safety of other children including 3-year-old daughter within the home. Patient does not have any active services.
Ancillary Support Service: Psychosexual Evaluation
A psychosexual evaluation focuses on a child’s psychological and sexual functioning. This evaluation examines the student’s sexual interests, attitudes, and behaviors to see if there are deviancy issues. It also evaluates the student’s risk for re-offending or acting out sexually in the future.
