At Fernbrook Family Center we provide inclusive mental health services to all ages, improve emotional well-being, encourage healthy relationships, and foster resiliency by using innovative strategies to transform lives.  We have services in Central, South Central and Southeastern MN.

Fernbrook Family Center is a family-owned business that started in 2001 in Owatonna. Fernbrook has grown to serve southern Minnesota with almost 200 mental health providers, across eight locations, serving 11 counties.

At Fernbrook Family Center, we have always prided ourselves on working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Over the past few years, Fernbrook has added 76 school-linked mental health locations, two Little Fern Day treatment facilities, adult residential housing supports, case management services, adolescent day treatment, med prescribing services and early-childhood consulting in addition to the typical outpatient services.

• Owatonna’s day treatment program serves children ages 3-12.
• Little FernOur Little Fern Program focuses on children ages 5 and younger. Our experienced early childhood mental health staff offer a structured and fun curriculum to help children learn healthy and appropriate ways to cope with their emotions, interact with peers, and express their needs.
