We are a consulting agency, working to support 245D Home and Community Based Service providers. One of our newest services is working to gather a group of capable providers that are interested in serving both children and adults with significant challenges. In addition, we then follow the case for a period of up to a year to ensure the services are going well and people are successful in their new environments.
