Zane care is a home health care located in Brooklyn center. we serve all in-home and out home services. We specialized clients with crisis. We’ve
successfully provided personalized care at a hotel setting for high behavioral needs clients and have seen remarkable success stories emerge from our tailored approach. We have seen progress with clients as well as families through our programs. We have trained and experienced staff that take the client out of the hotel for activities and help them safely interact with the community. We teach different ways to deescalate any situation that can bring harm to the client, family and/or the community.
