The Cold Springs Residential Treatment Center offers a facility for children and youth with mild to moderate developmental and psychiatric disorders or cognitive disabilities. Goal is to provide short-term intensive residential therapeutic treatment designed to help the child build the self-management skills necessary to be successful in a community setting. The center is oriented around the needs of the child. Services include psychiatric treatment, individualized education services, vocational, clinical and medical services.

The facility is fully handicapped accessible and has an electronic security system and 24-hour awake supervision to ensure necessary support.
